Pricing, Explained Without the Small Print

HoneyGirl is free to start and pay-as-you-go after that. There's no subscription, nothing renews on its own, and you never need to enter a payment method to find out whether you like it. Here's exactly where the free part ends and the paid part begins.

Free

Starting a conversation

  • Opening the site and getting matched
  • Your first video or voice calls, on the house
  • Text chat — it doesn't use coins at all
  • Skipping to someone new, always
  • Reporting and blocking, always
  • Every guide on this site

No card, no signup wall before you've seen the place.

Coins

Keeping it going

  • Longer 1-on-1 video and voice calls
  • Bought in packs, spent as you go
  • No monthly fee, no auto-renewal
  • Unused coins stay in your balance

Current pack sizes and prices are shown before you buy — nothing is charged until you confirm.

Why coins instead of a subscription

A subscription would mean paying for the weeks you don't use it, and it would mean us wanting you on the site whether or not you're enjoying it. Pay-as-you-go keeps the incentive honest: you spend when a conversation is worth continuing, and nothing at all when it isn't.

It also means skipping never costs you anything on its own. That's the whole reason skipping should never be a paid feature — a match that isn't working shouldn't be a decision about money.

Straight answers

Do I have to sign up before I can look around?

No. You can start a chat before creating anything. An account matters once you want to keep a balance or come back to the same conversations.

Will anything charge me automatically?

No. There's no subscription and no auto-renewal. Coins are bought one pack at a time, and you confirm every purchase.

What happens when I run out of coins mid-call?

The call ends rather than silently charging you. You can top up and start a new one, or start a text chat instead — which doesn't use coins.

Does text chat use coins?

No. Text matching is completely free — it doesn't use coins, and it doesn't count against your free video and voice chats. That makes text a good place to start if you're deciding whether someone's worth a call.

Do unused coins expire?

They stay in your balance. Nothing expires on a timer and nothing is lost if you take a few weeks off.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through the payment provider you used, and refund handling follows their process and our terms. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact support and we'll look at it.
